How to write an outstanding letter of intent?

Letter of intent is a friendly declaration about your will to build relationship with other sides. Intention letters are non-binding and are written to ensure that all sides understand conditions of potential agreement. Such letters are popular types of business letters, which help to find new partners or to start new type of contact with existing ones.   • Skip one more line and speak about payment and other financial details. As it isn’t a formal document, you can estimate its costs and incomes. You can also give a brief forecast of its development.
  • When you’re sure that all important paragraphs were mentioned, close your letter of intent by thanking the reader for his or her consideration of the proposed agreement.
  • Express a hope to meet with recipient in the nearest time to discuss and sign the agreement.
  • Closing salutation and your name several lines below. And of course your signature.
